目的 观察手法复位、克氏针内固定配合中药治疗跟骨骨折的疗效.方法 采用手法复位、克氏针内固定配合中药治疗跟骨骨折42例,并观察治疗效果.结果 经过6个月～1.5年的随访,平均13个月,42例骨折全部愈合.其中优32足,良9足,可6足,差0例,总优良率为87.23％.结论 手法复位、克氏针内固定配合中药治疗跟骨骨折具有操作简便、固定牢靠、创伤小、费用低、早期功能锻炼、无需二次住院等优点,疗效可靠,值得推广.
目的 觀察手法複位、剋氏針內固定配閤中藥治療跟骨骨摺的療效.方法 採用手法複位、剋氏針內固定配閤中藥治療跟骨骨摺42例,併觀察治療效果.結果 經過6箇月～1.5年的隨訪,平均13箇月,42例骨摺全部愈閤.其中優32足,良9足,可6足,差0例,總優良率為87.23％.結論 手法複位、剋氏針內固定配閤中藥治療跟骨骨摺具有操作簡便、固定牢靠、創傷小、費用低、早期功能鍛煉、無需二次住院等優點,療效可靠,值得推廣.
목적 관찰수법복위、극씨침내고정배합중약치료근골골절적료효.방법 채용수법복위、극씨침내고정배합중약치료근골골절42례,병관찰치료효과.결과 경과6개월～1.5년적수방,평균13개월,42례골절전부유합.기중우32족,량9족,가6족,차0례,총우량솔위87.23％.결론 수법복위、극씨침내고정배합중약치료근골골절구유조작간편、고정뢰고、창상소、비용저、조기공능단련、무수이차주원등우점,료효가고,치득추엄.
Objective To observe the effect of manual reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire combined with traditional Chinese medicine on calcaneal fractures.Methods Fortytwo patients with calcaneal fractures were treated with manual reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 1.5 years with an average of 13 months ; all of the 42 cases had been healed.Thirty-two feet were assessed as excellent,good in 9 feet,fair in 6 feet and poor in 0 feet.The excellent and good rate was to 87.23 ％.Conclusions The method of manual reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of calcaneal has many advantages such as simple operation,reliable fixation,less trauma,lower cost,earlier functional exercise and without the second hospitalization.So it is worth promoting.
