目的 探讨冠状动脉造影下无冠状动脉粥样硬化的左主干长度,对冠状动脉解剖进一步认识.方法 对2013年3月1日至2013年7月31日在郑州大学第一附属医院行冠状动脉造影检查的74例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.测量左主干长度、开口直径、末端直径及并了解患者体表面积及体质量指数.结果 冠状动脉造影下测得左主干长度为(10.45±4.33) mm,开口直径(4.67±0.95)mm,末端直径(4.37±0.85)mm,体表面积(1.75±0.17)m2,体表面积与左主干长度,开口直径及末端直径无明显关系.结论 于冠状动脉造影下研究左主干长度、开口直径及末端直径等数据,有助于加深对冠状动脉的认识.

목적 탐토관상동맥조영하무관상동맥죽양경화적좌주간장도,대관상동맥해부진일보인식.방법 대2013년3월1일지2013년7월31일재정주대학제일부속의원행관상동맥조영검사적74례환자적림상자료진행회고성분석.측량좌주간장도、개구직경、말단직경급병료해환자체표면적급체질량지수.결과 관상동맥조영하측득좌주간장도위(10.45±4.33) mm,개구직경(4.67±0.95)mm,말단직경(4.37±0.85)mm,체표면적(1.75±0.17)m2,체표면적여좌주간장도,개구직경급말단직경무명현관계.결론 우관상동맥조영하연구좌주간장도、개구직경급말단직경등수거,유조우가심대관상동맥적인식.
Objective To investigate the left trunk length without coronary atherosclerotic coronary under the angiography,in order to further understand the anatomy of the coronary artery.Methods The clinical data of 72 patients underwent coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed,from March 1st,2013 to May 31th,2013,in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university.The left trunk length,diameter of the origin,diameter of the distal end,the patient's body surface area and body mass indexes were measured.Results Under the coronary angiography,the left main trunk length was (10.45 ±4.33)mm,the diameter of the origin was(4.67 ± 0.95)mm,the diameter of the distal end was (4.37 ±0.85) mm.The surface area was (1.75 ±0.17)m2,the surface area was not obviously correlated with the length of the left main,diameter of the origin and diameter of the distal end.Conclusions The study of left main coronary artery,diameter of the origin and diameter of the distal end under the coronary angiography helps to deepen the understanding of coronary artery.
