目的 探讨经皮肾镜手术中使用室温灌注液和温热灌注液对患者体温变化的影响.方法 选取全麻下行经皮肾镜手术患者120例,采用随机数字表分为两组,每组60例,分别在手术中使用室温灌注液和温热灌注液,记录患者入手术室时,切皮时,术中30、60、90、120 min,手术结束时的核心体温.结果 两组患者核心体温变化趋势比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者在手术开始30 w.in及以后各时间点核心体温比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在经皮肾镜手术中应用温热灌注液,可有效避免患者围术期低体温的出现.

목적 탐토경피신경수술중사용실온관주액화온열관주액대환자체온변화적영향.방법 선취전마하행경피신경수술환자120례,채용수궤수자표분위량조,매조60례,분별재수술중사용실온관주액화온열관주액,기록환자입수술실시,절피시,술중30、60、90、120 min,수술결속시적핵심체온.결과 량조환자핵심체온변화추세비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05);량조환자재수술개시30 w.in급이후각시간점핵심체온비교차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 재경피신경수술중응용온열관주액,가유효피면환자위술기저체온적출현.
Objective To study the effect of warm perfusion fluid on patients during percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery were randomly divided into two groups:60 patients in the group with warm perfusion fluid,60 patients in the group with perfusion fluid of room temperature.Tympanic temperatures were spectively recorded after entering the operating room,at incision,30,60,90,120 minutes intraoperative,and skin closed.Results The change trend of tympanic temperature had significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The tympanic temperatures at each time pointes of 30 minutes after surgery began were statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Application of warm perfusion fluid in percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery can effectively prevent the appearance of perioperative hypothermia.
