目的探讨组织因子途径抑制物2(tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2,TFPI-2)在胃间质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义.方法应用免疫组化、RT-PCR、Western blot检测TFPI-2在72例胃间质瘤患者的肿瘤中心处组织、瘤旁组织及正常胃组织中的表达.结果 TFPI-2在正常组织中的表达水平明显高于肿瘤旁组织,在瘤旁组织中表达水平明显高于瘤中心处组织(P<0.01).胃间质瘤中心组织TFPI-2的表达水平随着NIH分级升高而下调(P<0.01),TFPI-2的低表达与肿瘤侵袭转移关系密切(P<0.05).结论正常胃组织中TFPI-2的表达水平明显高于间质瘤组织,TFPI-2的表达下降可能与间质瘤的侵袭与转移有关.

Objective To study the expression of tissue factor pathway inhibitor 2 (TFPI-2) in gastric stromal tumor and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of TFPI-2 was detected in gastric stromal tumor tissue, its adjacent tissue and normal tissue from 72 patients with gastric stromal tumor by immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. Results The expression level of TFPI-2 was significantly lower in central tumor tissue than in its adjacent tissue and normal gastric tissue(P <0.01). The expression level of TFPI-2 in central tumor tissue decreased with the increased NIH classification(P < 0.01). The low expression of TFPI-2 was closely related with the invasion and metastasis of stromal tumor (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression level of TFPI-2 is significantly higher in normal gastric tissue than in stromal tumor tissue. Low expression of TFPI-2 may be closely related with the invasion and metastasis of stromal tumor.
