For recent food safety incidents in our country,this paper described the High Performance Liquid Chromatography, LC-MS/MS,gas chromatography, infrared chromatography, ion chromatography, and other precision instruments in the detection of melamine, waste oil and these precision instruments in the prospects for the development of food safety.
