为了有效识别山区公路网中的关键监测点,合理布设监测设备,以使路网监控成本效益最优化,本文提出了一套山区公路网关键监测点辨识的方法.从路网监控信息采集需求角度出发,将山区公路网关键监测点划分为四种类型:事故黑点关键监测点、基础设施结构安全关键监测点、交通数据采集关键监测点以及气象信息采集关键监测点;引入路网层次划分思想,以道路安全性、功能性、交通流特性以及基础设施特性为划分指标进行路网层次划分,为关键监测点的辨识提供依据;在划分路段单元的基础上,按不同类型关键监测点构建评分指标体系,采用专家打分法和层次分析法对各路段单元进行综合评分排序,并通过设定合理阈值确定路网中的关键监测点.

@@@@In order to indentify the critical monitoring spots of mountain road network effectively, layout the monitoring equipment reasonably, and optimize the cost-benefit of network monitoring, a new method of identifying the critical spots of a mountain road network was proposed in this paper. Considering the requirement of information collection of the network monitoring, the paper classified the critical spots of the road network into four types: critical spots based on black spots, based on infrastructure security structure, based on traffic data and based on meteorological information. Introducing an idea of road network hierarchy division, this study took road safety, functionality, traffic flow characteristics and infrastructure as hierarchy division indexes to classify the hierarchy of the road network, which could provide a basis for identifying the critical points. On the basis of section unit division, the paper established a marking index system of the critical spot identification, and comprehensively evaluated each section using expert scoring method and AHP. Then, the critical spots could be identified through comparing with the thresholds.
