实现锅炉筒体焊接的全部自动化,难度在于平管板部位的环缝内侧焊接,特别是最后一道组合焊缝.由于施焊条件差,埋弧自动焊焊机不能进入筒体内部施焊.采用改进的工装的埋弧自动焊进行焊接,可以实现该处环向对接接头的自动化焊接.降低了生产成本和劳动强度,提高了工作效率和焊接质量.
實現鍋爐筒體銲接的全部自動化,難度在于平管闆部位的環縫內側銲接,特彆是最後一道組閤銲縫.由于施銲條件差,埋弧自動銲銲機不能進入筒體內部施銲.採用改進的工裝的埋弧自動銲進行銲接,可以實現該處環嚮對接接頭的自動化銲接.降低瞭生產成本和勞動彊度,提高瞭工作效率和銲接質量.

@@@@Realization of boiler welding automation, the difficulty lies in the flat tube plate parts of the sewing ring inner welding, especially the last combined weld. As a result of poor welding conditions, automatic submerged arc welding machine can not enter the cylinder body to weld. This paper adopts the improved equipments, conventional automatic submerged arc welding for welding. It can realize welding automa?tion of the circumferential butt joint welding. Reduce production cost and labor intensity, improve the work efficiency and welding quality.
