采用激光熔覆对电厂转动设备轴颈磨损进行修复,熔覆层常出现气孔和裂纹缺陷,影响修复质量.通过分析总结激光熔覆层气孔和裂纹产生的机理和类型;提出了减少和控制熔覆层气孔和裂纹产生的措施,从而有效改善激光熔覆层强度,提高轴颈修复质量.

@@@@Porosity and cracks usually occur during laser cladding repair abraded shaft journal of rotating equipments of thermal power plant, greatly affect quality of cladding layer. In this paper, with experimental analysis, forming mechanism and types of porosity and crack behavior of cladding layer were studied and summarized. Several methods are introduced to reduce and control porosity and cracks; helps increase structural strength of cladding layer, improve repair quality.
