创新性地在自动压铆机数控托架系统上应用双目视觉图像定位系统对铆钉进行定位,解决了数控托架系统不能对铆钉进行精确定位的难题;同时针对自动压铆机数控托架可进行Z轴进给且摄像机光轴始终与压铆平面平行的特性,在图像动态标定的基础上,提出了一种基于特征圆并采用一步移动双目立体视觉的标定方法,减少了标定过程中的数学运算量,简化了标定方法,提高了标定精度.
創新性地在自動壓鉚機數控託架繫統上應用雙目視覺圖像定位繫統對鉚釘進行定位,解決瞭數控託架繫統不能對鉚釘進行精確定位的難題;同時針對自動壓鉚機數控託架可進行Z軸進給且攝像機光軸始終與壓鉚平麵平行的特性,在圖像動態標定的基礎上,提齣瞭一種基于特徵圓併採用一步移動雙目立體視覺的標定方法,減少瞭標定過程中的數學運算量,簡化瞭標定方法,提高瞭標定精度.

@@@@This paper applied the binocular visual image positioning system to locate the rivet on automatic pressure riveting machine CNC bracket system at innovative way, solved the problem which the CNC bracket system cann’t locate the rivet accurately. At the same time, against the characteristic which automatic riveting machines CNC bracket can do Z-axis feed and the camera optical axis always parallels with the clinching plane, on the basis of Image dynamic calibration, a calibration method was put forward which feature circle based and ap?plied step moving binocular stereo vision, reduced the amount of math in the calibration process, simplified calibration method and improved the calibration accuracy.
