本文将“价值链理论”应用于房地产公司的组织架构调整与优化中,对房地产业务中的基本价值活动和辅助价值活动进行梳理和分类,并结合XX地产公司实例进行分析,该公司根据战略发展需要将进行多项目的开发,现有的组织架构存在既有问题和开展多项目后的不足,从各副总分管部门层面着手分析,进行组织架构调整与优化,从而在各副总和各部门的完成“价值链”的实现,从而有力保障了未来公司的发展需要.

In this paper, the Value Chain theory is applied to the organizational structure adjustment and optimization of the real estate company, and activities of basic value and auxiliary value in real estate business were made carding and classification. Combining example of a real estate company, the company will carry out multi-project development according to the requirements of the strategy development, and the organizational structure has existing problems and shortcomings after implementing multi-project, from the analysis of deputy chief in charge of the departments, carries out organization structure adjustment and optimization, and then achieves the realization of the "value chain"among deputy general managers and departments, so as to guarantee the company's development needs in the future.
