With the improvement of power station operation parameters, the requirements for material is increasingly strict, some new material is gradually applied to power plant piping, such as A335-P92, SUPER304L, HR3C, etc. The material quality of main steam pipeline and final stage superheater outlet header in Xuzhou Kanshan power plant first phase 2í600 MW ultra super unit is A335-P92 steel. In this paper, welding technology for A335-P92 steel thick-walled pipe of Kanshan power plant first phase unit #2 was introduced, and aspects should be controlled in engineering practice as well as welding quality control measures were expounded.
