针对Perkins4100缸体铸件的厚大部位存在缩陷、铸件本体硬度偏低(HB 170—190)等质量问题,通过对原材料进行控制和优化选择,加强双联熔炼铁液质量的控制,调整优化熔炼工艺(调整C、Si量,优化Cr-Cu-Sn合金加入量,调整浇注温度,改进炉前孕育工艺),采用炉前快速检测技术,加强铸件本体质量检测等措施使Perkins4100缸体铸件硬度满足了要求,解决了厚大部位的缩松缺陷.
針對Perkins4100缸體鑄件的厚大部位存在縮陷、鑄件本體硬度偏低(HB 170—190)等質量問題,通過對原材料進行控製和優化選擇,加彊雙聯鎔煉鐵液質量的控製,調整優化鎔煉工藝(調整C、Si量,優化Cr-Cu-Sn閤金加入量,調整澆註溫度,改進爐前孕育工藝),採用爐前快速檢測技術,加彊鑄件本體質量檢測等措施使Perkins4100缸體鑄件硬度滿足瞭要求,解決瞭厚大部位的縮鬆缺陷.
