With the fierce competition and increasing presee of enterprise staff and the reform of enterprise and unit, the employees ' mental capacity has been stretched to the limit, mental health problems are much prominent. This article focuses on analysing the current employee's psychological state, and points out the significance of effective employee mental management and puts forward concrete measures of employee management.
