随着电子商务的发展和制造业的转型以及消费结构的调整,我国民营快递企业也随之发展起来,但发展过程中的问题也逐渐增多,本文参照物流决策三角形的基本思路,通过比较分析对民营快递业存在的问题,从快递业与电子商务、运输业、制造业的协同发展以及商业模式等方面提出了民营快递企业发展的路径选择.

With the development of e-commerce and the transformation of the manufacturing industry as well as the consumption structure adjustment, China's private express delivery companies are developing, but the problems in the development process is gradually increasing, the article refers to the basic idea of the logistics decision-making triangle, by comparing analysis of the problems from the private delivery express industry, proposes path choice of development of the private courier companies from collaborative development between express industry and e-commerce, transport industry and manufacturing industry as well as business models.
