挫折教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,对中职学生自身成长及职业生涯都将产生重要影响.由于认识上的偏差,目前部分中职学生挫折教育现状不容乐观.笔者通过问卷调查,发现中职学生在诸如学习、行为规范、人际交往等方面或多或少存在一定障碍.笔者认为应该在中职校开展有针对性的挫折教育,以利于学生更好地成长.

The setbacks education is an important part of the quality education, and it will have an important impact on the vo-cational students' growth and career. Due to cognitive bias, the status quo of the current secondary vocational students' setbacks education is not optimistic. Through questionnaires, the writer found that there are some obstacles among secondary vocational students, such as learning, codes of conduct, and interpersonal relationship. The writer holds we should carry out targeted set-backs education in secondary vocational schools, so as to better help students' growth.
