不论是从音系层还是从语法层来看,汉语普通话都是有着严格的标准和规范.现行的评价体系是以汉语普通话是“线性”为前提进行设置的PSC.在普通话语音的习得过程中,除去发音语音学的决定性影响外,有一些非语言因素也对汉语普通话的语音习得产生了影响.

Whether from the phonology or the grammar point of view, Chinese Putonghua has strict standards and norms. The present evaluation system is PSC setted on the premise of Pu-tonghua's linear feature. In the acquisition of Putonghua speech, except for the decisive impact of pronunciation phonetics, some non-verbal factors also affect the acquisition of Putonghua speech.
