教育者和教育环境是影响儿童成长的主要因素.本文从教师、课程设置和教育环境分别对幼小衔接教育工作进行分析:我国当前幼小衔接教育工作开展所存在的深层次问题——小学教师对幼小衔接工作被动化、消极化;幼小衔接课程陈旧化、固定化;幼小衔接教学环境单一化,突变化.本文建议在小学组建专业的衔接教师队伍,将幼小衔接工作提上日程;调整小学低年级课程内容,注重儿童全面协调发展;缩小幼小教育环境差异,创设连续性幼小衔接环境,儿童会更加平稳愉悦地度过小学适应期.

Educators and education environment are the major factors influencing children's growth. This article analyzes the transition education work from kindergarten to primary school from the teacher, curriculum setting and educational environ-ment. This paper suggests the establishment of professional teaching staff, the adjustment of the content of transition course, narrowing the difference of the transition education environment, creating the consistently transition environment to help children happily enjoy the adaptive phase.
