Vocational students are living in the period of their physical and mental development, and cultivating their Emotional Quotient becomes an important part in quality education. In-structors play an essential role in improving students' EQ when instructing students' study, daily life and management. Therefore, head-teachers should pay much attention to training their stu-dents' EQ, which has a practical meaning for vocational colleges to train students with high quality and professional skills.
