针对传统保护层开采保护范围确定方法的局限性,结合某矿井保护层开采的实际情况,提出了一种新的保护层开采保护范围的确定方法(包括沿工作面布置方向和工作面推进方向的保护范围),即现场流量观测分析和含量对比法.通过流量观测分析和含量对比,结合工程实际情况进行计算机数值模拟来确定上保护层开采的“两向”保护范围;在含量测试取样过程中,采取了“大孔口钻杆扩孔,小孔口钻杆接岩芯管”的定点取样方法.研究结果表明:确定的保护范围符合现场实际情况;定点取样方法基本上保证了含量测值的准确性.
針對傳統保護層開採保護範圍確定方法的跼限性,結閤某礦井保護層開採的實際情況,提齣瞭一種新的保護層開採保護範圍的確定方法(包括沿工作麵佈置方嚮和工作麵推進方嚮的保護範圍),即現場流量觀測分析和含量對比法.通過流量觀測分析和含量對比,結閤工程實際情況進行計算機數值模擬來確定上保護層開採的“兩嚮”保護範圍;在含量測試取樣過程中,採取瞭“大孔口鑽桿擴孔,小孔口鑽桿接巖芯管”的定點取樣方法.研究結果錶明:確定的保護範圍符閤現場實際情況;定點取樣方法基本上保證瞭含量測值的準確性.

China Railway No. 2 Engineering Group CO., Ltd., Chengdu 610032, China) There are some limitations in the traditional methods for determining protection region in mining coal seams with outburst. Combined with the actual situations in a mine, a new method for determining protection region was proposed (including the protection along working face direction and advance direction) in this study. The new method combines the gas flow observation analysis on spot and the gas content contrast method. The protection region was determinated by gas flow observation analysis and gas content contrast, as well as numerical simulation with engineering practice considerations. In the process of gas content test, the fixed sampling method of “large hole drill reaming, small orifice drill rod connected with core tube” was employed. The study results show that the determined protection region is complied with the actual site situations. Therefore, the fixed sampling method warrants the accuracy of gas content measurement.
