利用庞加莱原理,分析了稳定切削与不稳定切削时振动信号频域特征的不同点.搭建了铣削振动检测系统,通过对铣削振动信号的频域分析,验证了铣削强迫振动的频域特征是在低频段的刃通过频率及其二、三倍谐波频率处出现峰值;发生切削颤振时,在高频段出现峰值,因此,振动信号频谱图中非刃通过频率处及其二、三倍谐波频率处出现峰值是发生切削不稳定的结论.
利用龐加萊原理,分析瞭穩定切削與不穩定切削時振動信號頻域特徵的不同點.搭建瞭鐉削振動檢測繫統,通過對鐉削振動信號的頻域分析,驗證瞭鐉削彊迫振動的頻域特徵是在低頻段的刃通過頻率及其二、三倍諧波頻率處齣現峰值;髮生切削顫振時,在高頻段齣現峰值,因此,振動信號頻譜圖中非刃通過頻率處及其二、三倍諧波頻率處齣現峰值是髮生切削不穩定的結論.

@@@@Utilizing Poincaré principle, this study investigates the differences of milling frequency features between stable and instable milling, and has developed a milling vibration detection system. Through frequency domain analysis of milling vibration signals, the frequency feature of forced vibration is found that the peak point occurs within cutting edge passing frequency and its twice or three times frequency. The feature of the chatter is that the peak point is in the high frequency range. In conclusion, if there is a high peak point in any frequency except the cutting edge passing frequency and its twice or three times frequency, then the cutting state will be unstable.
