为解决服务台在工作状态可能出现的正常故障和由于服务员的操作失误或外来信号的干扰等引起服务台异常故障这一类问题,采用补充变量法和状态转移研究了具有正、负两类顾客且负顾客到达引起服务台异常故障的可修排队系统,其中正常故障是由于服务台寿命引起的.结果表明:负顾客到达率越高,系统处于故障状态的概率越大,系统中平均等待的顾客数越少.给出了系统处于各个状态的概率及系统的一些稳态排队指标.相关的数值算例为实际应用提供理论参考.

@@@@To overcome the normal breakdown occurred in working status and the abnormal breakdown caused by the attendant operational errors or external signal interference, this study investigates the repairable queuing system with two types of customers: positive and negative, the abnormal breakdown caused negative customers, and the normal breakdown caused by the service life termination using the method of supplemental variables and state transfers. The results show that the probability of the system in repaired status increases and the average number of customers decreases as the arrival rate of negative customer increases. The study provides the probability of each state and some queuing indexes in a stable state. In addition, the numerical examples provide a theoretical reference for its practical application.
