针对钻机钻架使用过程中出现弯曲、断裂和扭胀的现象,应用 Pro/E 软件中有限元模块建立钻架有限元模型,对不同工况下,天车不同位置时“П”型截面钻架的力学性能进行数值模拟,并对正常钻进工况下天车不同位置时立柱等效应力、扭转应力和弯曲应力分布规律进行分析,找出钻架发生弯曲、断裂和扭胀的原因.研究结果表明:作为导轨两个立柱弯曲应力大,两个后立柱扭转应力大;钻架横隔上加强梁和横梁扭转应力相对较大,容易出现扭胀和断裂;两侧面斜缀弯曲应力相对较大,容易出现弯曲和断裂.
針對鑽機鑽架使用過程中齣現彎麯、斷裂和扭脹的現象,應用 Pro/E 軟件中有限元模塊建立鑽架有限元模型,對不同工況下,天車不同位置時“П”型截麵鑽架的力學性能進行數值模擬,併對正常鑽進工況下天車不同位置時立柱等效應力、扭轉應力和彎麯應力分佈規律進行分析,找齣鑽架髮生彎麯、斷裂和扭脹的原因.研究結果錶明:作為導軌兩箇立柱彎麯應力大,兩箇後立柱扭轉應力大;鑽架橫隔上加彊樑和橫樑扭轉應力相對較大,容易齣現扭脹和斷裂;兩側麵斜綴彎麯應力相對較大,容易齣現彎麯和斷裂.

@@@@Drilling frame is one of key components in a drilling rig. The bending, fracture and twist-expansion of drilling frame seriously affect the normal drilling operation. Using Pro/E, a drilling frame finite element model was developed in this study. The distribution laws of the equivalent stress, torsional stress and bending stress ofП-type cross-section drilling frame were analyzed in a normal operation condition. The reasons for bending, fracture and twist-expansion of drilling frame were found. The study result shows that as guide rails the two stand columns bear bending stress, and the two back columns stand torsion stress. The torsion stress of tunic tissues and cross-girders is large and thus ease to cause the twists and rupture of drilling fame. The bending stress of lacing bars is large and ease to cause the bending and rupture of drilling fame.
