为了研究截齿截割煤岩的动态破坏过程,提出采用离散元法进行截齿截割煤岩的仿真分析.根据截割头结构建立了相应的离散元模型,采用二维圆盘颗粒建立了煤岩的离散元模型,通过接触和连接力学模型计算截割过程中的作用力.在此基础上,通过 VC++6.0编写了离散元仿真计算程序,借助 MFC 建立友好的人机交互界面,实现了截齿截割煤岩工作过程的离散元仿真.通过对截割角为45°条件下的截齿截割煤岩进行仿真,结果初步证明了采用离散元法的可行性,为截齿截割过程分析和截齿的优化设计提供了一种新的研究手段.

@@@@Adopting Discrete Element Method (DEM), to research the dynamic breaking process of cutting coal were put forward in this paper. The DEM analysis model of a two-dimensional cutting head was established through its CAD model, the analysis model of coal was too established with two-dimensional disc particles, and the contact and connection mechanics model were used to calculate contact force in cutting process. On this basis, the simulation calculation program of DEM with VC++6.0 was complied, and the friendly man-machine interface by means of MFC was too established, which realized the simulation of DEM in the process of cutting coal. Through adopting the cutting angle of 45-degree, the simulation of cutting coal was analyzed by using the DEM. The feasibility of DEM was validated, and provided a new method for analyzing the process of cutting coal and digital design of conical pick.
