解决依据现行煤矿安全规程及相关规范布置的瓦斯监测点存在空间分布不均的问题.提出兼顾监测覆盖范围和瓦斯安全关注点的瓦斯传感器布置方式;以节点间风流流经时间为监测等级,依据相关规程规范布置的监测点为必选布置点,以风网节点为增设瓦斯传感器的备选布置点,借助图论和集合覆盖理论建立了监测点优化选址模型;运用蚁群算法对模型进行优化求解,设计了针对问题特性的启发信息策略和当前解集及禁忌表的初始值;将模型应用于某实际矿井风网算例,得到不同监测有效级下需增设的监测点数量和位置等信息.研究结果表明:蚁群算法快速优化求解到的布点方案更符合工程实际情况.

@@@@In order to overcome the weaknesses of uneven spatial distribution of methane monitoring points designed according to the present safety regulations in coal mine and relevant specifications, a method for methane sensor layout is proposed considering the sensor monitoring coverage and the methane safety impact points. The flowing time between modes is used as monitoring level. The points arranged according to all relevant regulations and specifications are essential locations for sensors while the nodes of ventilation network are supplementary locations. An optimization model of methane monitoring points is established based on graph theory and set covering theory and solved using ant colony algorithm. The pertinence pheromone and tabu list was designed. Through the application in an actual mine, the study obtains the numbers and locations of monitoring points to be added under different monitoring levels. The results show that the quick solution provided by ant colony algorithm is in accordance with the actual engineering situations.
