@@@@The selection of parting surface frame in an injection mould for a bilateral hinge sleeve with irregular shape and the optimization of accurate positioning were presented based on the part analysis and mould design requirement. A plastic hook was designed to ensure the part’s precision, smoothness of demoulding and reliable fixing of mould cores. The design points for air exhaust and balanced ejection system were also presented.
