副井提升系统是煤矿生产的重要环节,担负着矿井提升物料和人员的重要任务.副井提升系统升级改造,就是在保证安全的前提下,对各系统单元进行整合优化,提高副井提升能力.副井操车系统研究设计,选用了销齿板链式操车系统进行设计研究.该系统采用液压站作为动力源,不仅提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,同时保障了人员和财产的安全.对罐道与罐笼的组合方式进行优化设计,将钢丝绳罐道改造设计为钢罐道,将子母罐笼改为双标准罐笼,将单罐提升改为双罐提升.罐笼与罐道的改造设计成功应用,优化了副井结构,充分利用了井筒空间,增大提升容积,提高副井提升能力.

@@@@auxiliary shaft hoisting system is an important part of coal production because it assumes the important task of materials and per-sonnel hoisting. The upgrade of auxiliary shaft hoisting system means integration and optimization of the all units, under the premise of ensur-ing safety, so as to improve auxiliary shaft lifting capacity. The auxiliary shaft operating vehicle system design chooses pin tooth plate chain operating vehicle system. Using hydraulic station as power source, this system does not only improve the production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, but also safeguard the security of persons and property. To optimize the combination design of cage guide and cage, steel wire rope cage guide is designed into steel cage guide, primary and secondary cage is transformed into dual standard cage in design, and single cage is upgraded to dual cage hoisting. The successful application of the transformation design in cage and cage guide has optimized the auxiliary shaft structure, taken full advantage of the shaft space, enhanced the hoisting volume, and improved auxiliary shaft lifting capacity.
