目的了解高校护生的自主学习能力,探讨自主学习能力的影响因素,为改进教学方法、提高护生的自主学习能力提供依据.方法采用横断面调查法,应用《护理专业大学护生自主学习能力测评量表》及《评判性思维能力测量表》对535名护生进行调查.影响因素采用Student’s t检验和方差分析进行单因素分析;采用多元线性回归分析进行多因素分析.结果高校护生自主学习能力及评判性思维的总分分别为(85.7±10.1)、(286.6±28.6)分;自主学习能力的影响因素有学历层次、专业兴趣、学习动机、社会兼职;自主学习能力与评判性思维呈正相关.结论高校护生的自主学习能力处于中等水平,且受多种因素的影响;高校应进一步加强对护生自主学习能力的培养.

@@@@Objective To understand the autonomous learning ability of college nursing students, to explore its influencing factors and to provide the evidence for the improvement of teaching and students’ autonomous learning ability. Methods A cross-sectional survey was made among 535 nursing students with scale of nursing students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking disposition inventory. Results Nursing students scored 85.7 ±10.1 and 286.6 ±28.6 in autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability respectively. Autonomous learning ability was significantly related with educational background, major interest, learning motivation and part-time employment. There was positive relationship between nursing students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability. Conclusion The autonomous learning ability of nursing students keeps in the middle level and is influenced by many factors. Training program is recommended in an effort to improve nursing students’ autonomous learning ability.
