高标准农田建设是提高农作物单产,改善农用地质量,提高农业生产力十分必要的工作.河北省黄骅市地势平坦,耕地广布,土地利用潜力巨大,是高标准农田建设的重点地区,也是严重的缺水区.开展基于高标准农田建设的水资源供需分析和评价,探索新的土地整理技术措施,可以科学合理利用水资源,提高农用地利用效率.运用基于水文响应单元的水资源模型方法对研究区水资源供需量进行计算,通过 ARCGIS 软件平台进行空间分析,最终形成基于高标准农田建设的水资源供需分析评价.结果显示,距离海岸较近的黄骅市东部水土资源属于极度充沛区和充沛区,处于黄骅市南部以及西北部部分地区为平衡区,而处于西部和中部的部分地区为缺水区和极度缺水区.

@@@@The construction of high standard farmland is very necessary to improve the farmland quality, increase crop yields, and raise agricultural productivity. Huanghua City of Hebei Province is situat ed in the Heilonggang River basin, w hich is a serious water shortage area, but it has flat topography and w idely distributed farmland. The potential of land utilization is great so that Huanghua city is a key area for the construction of high standard farmland. T he analysis and assessment of water resources sup2 ply and demand based on the construction of high standard farmland and the investigation of technical measures for land consoli2 dation can ensure the reasonable ut ilization of w ater resources and increase the land utilizat ion efficiency. In this paper, the quan2 tities of w ater resources supply and demand w ere calculated using the water resources model based on the hydrological response unit and the spatial analysis using the ARCGIS, which provided the analysis and assessment results of water resources supply and demand for the construction of high standard farmland. The results showed that water and land resources are extremely a2 bundant in t he eastern part of the city near the coast, balanced in the southern and northw estern parts of cit y, and short or ex2 tremely short in the western and central parts of the city.
