针对传统的流域防洪调度决策支持系统/智能性0不足问题,基于 Multi2Agent System( MAS)理论与技术,建立了流域实时防洪智能调度系统架构.具体来说,按照流域防洪系统多 Agent分解模式,将流域防洪系统分解成相对独立、有限联系的若干智能体,提出了单体功能Agent的组成与设计方法,建立了多Agent 系统的组织与运行机制,以及不同层级Agent之间的通信方式等.这一体系架构为实现流域防洪调度/智能化0开辟了一条新的途径.

@@@@In order to solve the problems of"intel igence" deficiency in t he traditional decision support system of river basin flood cont rol, t he intel igent operat ion syst em framew ork of the real2t ime river basin flood control is established based on Multi2 Agent System ( MAS) . T he Multi2Agent decomposition model of river basin flood cont rol system is proposed, w hich is divided into several agents w ith relative independence and limited contact. The com position and design methods of single functional agents are presented, and t he organization and operation mechanisms of the Mult i2Agent Syst em are also developed, as well as the com2 munication method between different agents. T he proposed system framew ork can provide a new solution to realize t he "intellec2 tualizat ion" of the operation of river basin flood cont rol.
