探讨并比较目前国内外 OA 期刊网站可用性水平.采用网络评价工具 WAVE 3.0 Web Accessibility Tool,测试期刊网站可达性、内容的可读性、链接速度及链接效果4个指标.国外网站平均可达性错误比国内少25%,国内 OA 期刊可读性指数明显好于国外 OA 期刊,国外 OA 期刊网站的链接速度较国内 OA 期刊网站快,国内外 OA期刊网站的链接效果都较好,死链比都较低.国内外 OA 期刊网站可用性都较好,要进一步提高 OA 期刊网站可用性必须提高现有的网络环境.

@@@@Abstract To investigate and compare the usability status quo of biomedical open access journals' websites at home and abroad, using four web accessibility evaluation tools to test four indexes: journal website accessibility, the readability of content, linking speed and link effect. The average web accessibility result of foreign websites is 25 present lower than the domestic ones, the readability index of domestic OA journals is obviously better than the foreign equivalents, the average site response speed of the foreign OA journals is faster than the do-mestic ones, and the website link effect of both home and abroad are good with the low dead links ratio. It is found that the usability of most medical OA journals websites is good, and to improve the usability status quo of clinical medical open access journals' websites, the existing network environment requires more improvement.
