液体储备电池双环境力模拟装置主要用于模拟引信液体储备电池在炮弹发射时后坐与旋转双环境力.其关键的技术是安装引信电池的弹丸碰撞到高速旋转的木制冲击垫上,其瞬态冲击过程参数和弹丸转到额定转速所需要的时间是否符合引信电池的测试条件.因此进行弹丸冲击瞬态过程的仿真,研究在不同的弹丸炮口速度下,弹丸冲击过载和脉冲持续时间的变化规律、不同的冲击垫厚度下弹丸冲击过载和脉冲持续时间的变化规律、以及冲击垫带转弹丸到稳定转速的上升时间对模拟装置参数确定和优化都具有指导意义.
液體儲備電池雙環境力模擬裝置主要用于模擬引信液體儲備電池在砲彈髮射時後坐與鏇轉雙環境力.其關鍵的技術是安裝引信電池的彈汍踫撞到高速鏇轉的木製遲擊墊上,其瞬態遲擊過程參數和彈汍轉到額定轉速所需要的時間是否符閤引信電池的測試條件.因此進行彈汍遲擊瞬態過程的倣真,研究在不同的彈汍砲口速度下,彈汍遲擊過載和脈遲持續時間的變化規律、不同的遲擊墊厚度下彈汍遲擊過載和脈遲持續時間的變化規律、以及遲擊墊帶轉彈汍到穩定轉速的上升時間對模擬裝置參數確定和優化都具有指導意義.

@@@@The duable environmental forces simulation apparatus of liquid recovery battery is employed to simulate the recoil and spin forces of liquid reserve battery for fuses after firing the projectile. Whether the transient impact factors of which the projectile without the battery crashes into the wooden shock pad and the duration time to reach the rated rotating speed are in accord with the test conditions is the key point. Therefore it is significant to simulate the transient impact process which includes the variation laws of projectile impacting overload and pulse duration time as well as the influence of shock pad thickness, the optimization of duration time to reach the steady rotating speed of projectile.
