设计了一种具有温度补偿和零位自动校准的角速度传感器.通过MAX1452AAE对单轴陀螺进行温度补偿,由单片机进行A/D转换和上电零位自动校准,并通过内部存储的标定系数转换成测量值,通过RS422接口输出.试验证明,经过校准后的传感器输出精度及零位稳定性均有了明显的提高.

An angular rate sensor with temperature compensation and automatic zero calibration is designed in this paper: by means of the temperature compensation of the single-axis gyroscope realized by MAX1452AAE, we make the single chip micro-computer do the A/D conversion and the power-automatic zero calibration, then transfer the result into measurements using the calibration coefficients of the internal storage and finish the output through the RS422 interface. Tests prove that the sensor out-put precision and the zero stability are improved obviously after calibration.
