城市地下空间的开发利用对于提高土地利用效率、节约土地资源、改善城市交通、扩充基础设施容量、增加城市绿地、保持历史文化特色、减少环境污染、改善生态景观等方面发挥着重要的作用.在《江苏省城市地下空间开发利用规划编制与管理》课题研究的基础上进行总结提升,概述了课题研究的技术思路、主要内容和创新特色,以期对该领域的规划实践有所借鉴.

The development and using of urban underground space will impact on several aspects which are enhancing effect of land using, saving land resource, improving situation of urban transport, enlarging capacity of infrastructure, increasing urban green land, protecting characteristic of local history and culture, reducing environment pol ution and improving ecological landscape. This article is based on the subject research project of Planning Compilation and Management of Urban Underground Spaces Development and Using in Jiangsu Province, and concludes the technical pathway, main ideas and innovation points of that project. This article wil be hoped to give a guideline for fol owing planning practice in this aspect.
