目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者合并恶性肿瘤的临床分布特点,为糖尿病患者及早发现及治疗恶性肿瘤提供帮助.方法:调查我院2000年至2010年住院患者中2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤的患者,并分析肿瘤分布规律.结果:罹患消化道肿瘤的患者占66.1%,其次是肺部肿瘤(16.1%)和妇科肿瘤(5.2%)等.结论:2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤有其特殊的分布规律,消化道恶性肿瘤高发,且肿瘤在各消化器官中发病率又有所不同,以胃、胰腺好发.
目的:探討2型糖尿病患者閤併噁性腫瘤的臨床分佈特點,為糖尿病患者及早髮現及治療噁性腫瘤提供幫助.方法:調查我院2000年至2010年住院患者中2型糖尿病閤併噁性腫瘤的患者,併分析腫瘤分佈規律.結果:罹患消化道腫瘤的患者佔66.1%,其次是肺部腫瘤(16.1%)和婦科腫瘤(5.2%)等.結論:2型糖尿病閤併噁性腫瘤有其特殊的分佈規律,消化道噁性腫瘤高髮,且腫瘤在各消化器官中髮病率又有所不同,以胃、胰腺好髮.
목적:탐토2형당뇨병환자합병악성종류적림상분포특점,위당뇨병환자급조발현급치료악성종류제공방조.방법:조사아원2000년지2010년주원환자중2형당뇨병합병악성종류적환자,병분석종류분포규률.결과:리환소화도종류적환자점66.1%,기차시폐부종류(16.1%)화부과종류(5.2%)등.결론:2형당뇨병합병악성종류유기특수적분포규률,소화도악성종류고발,차종류재각소화기관중발병솔우유소불동,이위、이선호발.
@@@@ABSTRACT Objective:To study the distributing characteristics of malignancy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the results of which will help us prevent and cure the tumors. Methods:We reviewed the data of 118 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with malignant tumors from 2000 to 2010, and then analyzed their distributing characteristics. Results:The patients with digestive malignancy accounted for 66.1%followed by malignancy of the lung (16.1%) and the gynecological tumors (5.2%), etc. Conclusion:The incidence of digestive malignancy is the highest, which varied in different digestive organs. Both stomach and pancreas are more susceptible than others.
