试验选取32日龄AA肉鸡72只随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只,组Ⅰ为对照组,试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别在基础饲粮中添加0.4%、0.8%、1.6%的一水肌酸(Creatine Monohydrate,CMH).预饲期5 d,饲喂期10 d,分别于42日龄(5 d)和47日龄(10 d )进行屠宰,试验结果表明:与对照组相比,5 d的试验组日增重分别提高了14.16%、26.67%、28.09%(P<0.05);10 d试验组日增重分别提高了13.45%、14.38%和14.60%(P<0.05);5 d和10 d组Ⅳ料重比分别降低了19.70%和10.24%(P<0.05).5 d组Ⅲ、Ⅳ胸肌率分别提高了1.65和1.82个百分点(P<0.05);10 d 3个试验组胸肌率分别提高了2.05、2.08和2.2个百分点(P<0.05);5 d试验组的腿肌率分别提高了1.36、1.56和1.85个百分点(P<0.05);10 d试验组腿肌率则提高了1.42、1.57和1.83个百分点(P<0.05);随着CMH添加量的增大,胸肌pH45 min有升高趋势,滴水损失有下降的趋势;10 d组Ⅳ总蛋白含量显著升高;尿酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白含量有降低的趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05).试验研究表明,肌酸能够促进AA肉鸡的生长.

@@@@In the test, 72 of the 32-day-old AA broilers were selected and randomly divided in?to 4 groups, and the experiment was repeated three times in order to verify the results with each replicate of 6 broilers. The group Ⅰ was fed basal diet while the group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.6% CMH. The pre-experiment lasted 5 d and the experimental period lasted 10 days, then the 42-day-old(5 d) and 47-day-old (10 d) AA broil?ers were slaughtered. The results showed: Comparing with group I, the subjects(5 d) showed sig?nificant improvement in terms of average daily gain, which is 14.16%,26.67%, 28.09% higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) and the subjects(10 d) improved by 13.45%,14.38% and 14.60%(P<0.05), while the 5 d and 10 d subjects in group Ⅳ have a significantly higher the feed conversion rate with 19.79% and 10.24% higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and as to the breast muscle percentage, sub?jects(5 d) in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ showed signifi?cant improvement by a percentage of 1.65 and 1.82 higher(P<0.05), while the subjects (10 d) improved by a percentage of 2.05, 2.08 and 2.2(P<0.05), and subjects(5 d) have significantly better leg muscle percentage by a percentage of 1.36, 1.56 and 1.85 higher of the control group(P<0.05), while the sub?jects(10 d) was improved by a percentage of 1.42, 1.57 and 1.83(P<0.05). With the CMH level increasing, pH45 min of breast muscle tended to increase,the drop loss of breast muscle tended to decrease. The total protein in group Ⅳ(10 d) was improved significantly(P<0.05), the uric acid, triglycerides, total cholesterol and low-densi?ty lipoprotein tended to decrease, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The conclusion was that CMH promoted the growth of broilers.
