目的总结丁苯酞对血管性痴呆的临床治疗效果和安全性.方法选取2009年5月至2011年11月期间在我院接受治疗的95例轻中度的血管性痴呆患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组47例和对照组48例,治疗组应用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,对照组应用尼莫地平治疗.分别在治疗前后评定患者的MMSE(简易精神状态观察)、ADL(日常生活能力量表)和CDR(痴呆程度评价),比较两组治疗前后患者症状改善程度和不良反应情况.结果治疗组MMSE、ADL和CDR改善情况均明显优于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组疗效87.23%明显优于对照60.42%,且差异显著(P<0.01);两组无严重不良发生,不良率差异不显著(P>0.05).结论丁苯酞软胶囊在血管性痴呆患者的治疗中有显著疗效,无严重不良反应,值得推广使用.

@@@@Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of treatment of the soft capsules butylphthalide for patients with vascu-lar dementia. Methods:95 patients with mild to moderate vascular dementia in our hospital from May 2009 to November 2011 were divided into the treatment group(47),treated by the soft capsules butylphthalide and the control group(48),treated by nimodipine.MMSE( Mini-Mental State observed ),ADL( activities of daily living),CDR( degree of dementia evaluations) and the adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results:The MMSE,ADL and CDR of the treatment group were sig-nificantly better than the control group( P<0.05 );The clinical efficacy of treatment group(87.23%)was higher than the con-trol group(60.42%)( P<0.01 );The difference of the adverse reaction rate between two groups was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:The soft capsules Butylphthalide have a significant effect in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia ,and no serious adverse reactions.
