建立一种简便、准确的测定夏枯草多糖含量的方法.采用80%乙醇浸泡,烘干,90℃热水浸提,70%乙醇沉淀法从夏枯草中提取多糖,并采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定夏枯草水提液中的多糖含量,用精制夏枯草多糖测得夏枯草多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子.该方法准确性高,重现性好,供试样液在2 h内显色稳定,平均回收率为101.9%,RSD为2.01%(n=5).所测夏枯草样品中多糖含量为9.3%.

@@@@A simple and accurate determination method was established to determinate the content of polysaccharides in Prunella Vulgaris Linn.Polysaccharides in Prunella Vulgaris Linn sample were extracted with 90℃hot water, and subsequently precipitated with 70%ethanol after the sample powder was soaked in 80%ethanol and dried in the open air. The content of the polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry. To minimize the error of determination, a corrected factor was used. The results obtained showed that the method has high accuracy and reproducibility,and the colored compounds of glucose and polysaccharide are stable in 2 hours, the average value of recovery rate is 101.9%with RSD of 2.01%(n=5), the content of polysaccharides in the Prunella Vulgaris Linn sample is 9.3%.
