探讨光释光检测法对几种保健品、香辛料和中草药进行检测的灵敏度.结果表明:光释光检测法可以在无需校正检测的情况下,准确检测出经195 Gy辐照的含锌营养品、欧芹、莳萝、罗勒;经395 Gy辐照的含钙营养品;以及经780 Gy辐照的含虫草营养品.光释光法对姜粉的灵敏度较低,无法对经780 Gy以内剂量辐照的和未辐照的样品进行检测.
探討光釋光檢測法對幾種保健品、香辛料和中草藥進行檢測的靈敏度.結果錶明:光釋光檢測法可以在無需校正檢測的情況下,準確檢測齣經195 Gy輻照的含鋅營養品、歐芹、蒔蘿、囉勒;經395 Gy輻照的含鈣營養品;以及經780 Gy輻照的含蟲草營養品.光釋光法對薑粉的靈敏度較低,無法對經780 Gy以內劑量輻照的和未輻照的樣品進行檢測.

@@@@This article discussed the sensitivity of PSL for some kind of health care product, spice and herbal medicine. The results showed that,without calibration detection, PSL method can detect the health care product containing Zinc, Parsley, cumin, basil, which were irradiated at dosage of 195 Gy;the health care product containing Calcium, which was irradiated at dosage of 395 Gy;the health care product containing cordyceps sinensis, which was irradiated at dosage of 780 Gy. The sensitivity of PSL for ginger powder is low. PSL method cannot detect ginger powder, which was irradiated at dosage under 780 Gy and unirradiated.
