基于在硝酸介质中,β-环糊精对硒催化溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B的褪色反应具有增敏作用,建立了测定硒的催化动力学光度法,灵敏度较不加~环糊精的方法提高了2.5倍.测定硒的线性范围:0~40μg/L,检出限为0.381μg/L,加标回收率为98.87%,6次测定的RSD小于5%.用于富硒大米中硒的测定,结果令人满意.

@@@@A catalytic kinetic photometric method for determination of trace selenium(1V) withβ-CD as sensiti-zer has been developed.The method is based on the fact that the color fading reaction of rhodamine B oxidized by potassium bromate in dilute HNO3 solution is catalyzed by selenium (1V). The addition ofβ-CD increases the sensitivity of selenium by a factor of 2.5.The linear range for determination of selenium is 0-40 μg/L with detec-tion limit of 0.381μg/L.The recovery of standard addition is 98.87%with precision of<5%RSD (n=6). The method has been applied to the determination of trace selenium (1V) in selenium rice with satisfactory re-sults.
