研究番石榴叶提取物-槲皮素对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌的抑制作用.采用滤纸圆片法,进行抑菌药效试验.结果表明:番石榴叶提取物对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌的抑制作用很明显.其中对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌抑制能力最强,MIC=1.25%,抑菌圈直径为13.5 mm、18.7 mm,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用较弱,MIC=5%,抑菌圈直径为10.5 mm.

@@@@The guava leaves extract-quercetin had inhibition on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Shigella in vitro. It used filter paper discs for antibacterial efficacy trials. The results showed that the guava leaves extract's inhibition in E. coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Shigella was obvious. Its inhibition for E. coli, Salmonella was strongest, MIC=1.25%, diameter of inhibition zone was 13.5 mm, 18.7 mm. Its inhibition for for Staphylococcus aureus was weak, MIC=5%, diameter of inhibition zone was 10.5 mm.
