研究红花刺槐红色素的提取工艺.在单因素试验的基础上,进行三因素三水平中心组合设计,利用响应面法优化提取工艺.微波处理时间、微波功率和料液比对红色素提取产量影响较大,利用Design Expert软件对红花刺槐红色素提取产量的二次多项数学模型分析表明,模型具有显著性(p<0.0001),决定系数为0.9774.以95%盐酸乙醇提取,微波功率491.57 W、微波时间40.65 s、料液比1∶43.53(g/mL)时,红色素提取产量最高,最大提取产量预测值为119.934 mg/g,与实测值相符.利用优化工艺参数提取红花刺槐红色素时,具有最大的提取产量.

@@@@To optimize conditionsforextracting red pigment from R. pseudoacacia L. f.decaisneana(Carr.)Voss. . Based on the single factor experiment, three factors and three levels by Box-Behnken design, response surface method was applied to optimize the extraction process. It showed that the microwave irradiation time, microwave power and the ratio of solid to solution were importent to the extraction yield of red flower robinia pigments (RFRP).Experimental data were analyzed by solving the regression equation with Design Expert software.It was indicated that the model was significant(p<0.000 1), R2=0.977 4 and the optimum extraction parameters were microwave power 491.57 W,time 40.65 s and the ratio of solid to solution 1 ∶ 43.53 (g/mL). Under these conditions, the predicted value of pigments extraction yield from red flower robinia was 119.934 mg/g, which was in consistent with the measured value. It had maximal extraction yield of RFRP with optimized technique parameters.
