建立湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定饮用水、绿茶和大米样品中钒、铬、镍、铜、砷、硒、钼、镉、锑、铅10种元素的方法.对仪器的工作条件进行了优化,对各种干扰进行了校正和消除.各种元素的标准曲线的线性相关系数均在0.9993以上,精密度实验中各元素的RSD在0.49%~1.83%之间,检出限为8.797 ng/L~70.28 ng/L.用GBW 08607水和GBW 10052绿茶两种标准物质对方法进行了验证,测定值均在标准范围之内.并对样品进行加标回收率实验,回收率在91%~104%之间.该方法具有简便、快速、稳定、准确、灵敏度高的特点,可以用于测定水和植物样品中10种元素的检测.

@@@@A method for simultaneously detection of V, Cr, Ni, Cu, As, Se, Mo, Cd, Sb, Pb in drinking water, green tea and rice samples by wet digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) was developed. The working conditions of instrument were optimized and the multiple interferences were corrected and slaked. Satisfactory linearity of standard curves of ten elements were obtained, and giving all their linear coefficient above 0.999 3. The RSD of above elements were 0.49%~1.83%in the experiments of precision, and the detection limit of the analytes were in the range of 8.797 ng/L~70.28 ng/L. Two certified reference materials, GBW 08607 (water) and GBW 10052 (green tea) were analyzed and the results were in good agreement with certified values. In the recovery experiment controlled by adding stand substance, the recoveries were in the range of 91%~104%. The method was simple, quick, stable, accurate and had high sensitivity, it was suitable for determining the ten elementsinwaterandphytonsamples.
