研究不同浓度的壳聚糖涂膜对西葫芦采后生理生化指标的影响.试验结果表明:采用壳聚糖涂膜处理均可以有效维持西葫芦外观品质,抑制采后呼吸强度,并能延迟呼吸高峰的出现,延缓西葫芦果实中可溶性固形物和叶绿素的降解,抑制细胞膜透性的上升和丙二醛的积累,提高膜脂保护酶CAT的活性.其中以0.75%浓度的壳聚糖涂膜效果最佳.

@@@@The effects of different concentrations of chitosan coating films on main physical-chemical characteris changing of summer squash were studied. The results showed that summer squash with chitosan coating treatment can restrain the respiration rate, postpone the appearing time of respiration peak, delay the decline of SSC and chlorophyll. In addition, the raise of cell membrane permeability and MDA were inhabited, the CAT activity was reservedatahighlevel.Thebestconcentrationwas0.75%.
