目的探讨用改良动力髋钢板固定,延期动力化治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的疗效.方法采用改良动力髋钢板治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折35例.结果本组病例随访12~24月,平均15.2个月,骨折均愈合,患髋功能恢复良好.结论采用改良动力髋钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的方法疗效肯定,可预防术后主钉松动,骨折延迟愈合、髋内翻、股骨颈短缩等并发症的发生.
目的探討用改良動力髖鋼闆固定,延期動力化治療股骨粗隆間粉碎性骨摺的療效.方法採用改良動力髖鋼闆治療股骨粗隆間粉碎性骨摺35例.結果本組病例隨訪12~24月,平均15.2箇月,骨摺均愈閤,患髖功能恢複良好.結論採用改良動力髖鋼闆內固定治療股骨粗隆間粉碎性骨摺的方法療效肯定,可預防術後主釘鬆動,骨摺延遲愈閤、髖內翻、股骨頸短縮等併髮癥的髮生.
목적탐토용개량동력관강판고정,연기동력화치료고골조륭간분쇄성골절적료효.방법채용개량동력관강판치료고골조륭간분쇄성골절35례.결과본조병례수방12~24월,평균15.2개월,골절균유합,환관공능회복량호.결론채용개량동력관강판내고정치료고골조륭간분쇄성골절적방법료효긍정,가예방술후주정송동,골절연지유합、관내번、고골경단축등병발증적발생.
@@@@Objective To evaluate the effects of improved dynamic hip screw delayed dynamic on femoral intertrochan-teric fractures. Methods 35 cases in femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with improved dynamic hip screw delayed dynamic. Results The follow-up period were 12~24 months, with average of 15.2 months. And all 35cases were recovery without fracture delayed union and non-union. Conclusion Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with improved dynamic hip screw is effective. It is an operative measure to prevent postoperative main nail instability, fracture delayed union, coxa vara, femoral neck reduction, and other complications.
