This paper reveals the interdisciplinary features of digital humanities research. Furthermore, it describes discipline culture conflict, research paradigm conflict, knowledge sharing dilemma and technology gap dilemma that scholars wil encounter over the course of the study. Itis based on an online survey about 17 digital humanities centers in the world, from four aspects including situation of projects, personnel structure and organizational structure, educational function and organizational activities. Final y, the experience of digital humanities centers is clearly demonstrated, which they should adhere to the project operation mode, innovate the organization-building mechanisms to reinforce management, be based on education and relied on the engine of activities.
