远程开放教育教学改革对基层电大分校的教学管理提出了新的要求,使教师由“指导和辅导”转变为“导学和服务”.加强导学教师对学生的全面化管理,改变相对被动的管理方式为主动的管控方式,转变教育理念,应用现代教育信息技术是开放大学建设的需要.

Teaching reform in open and distance education means new requirements for the teaching management of grass-roots branches. It has changed teachers into tutors from the role of“directing and counseling” to“guiding and serving”. Guiding teachers should strengthen the comprehensive management of students, transform the traditional relatively passive management into active management, change the educational philosophy, and apply the modern education information technology in order to adapt to the needs of the construction of the Open University.
