针对鸳鸯湖矿区梅花井煤矿,超长距离回采巷道顶板含水条件下巷道快速掘进问题,通过对112201工作面顺槽正规循环作业各工序及其作业时间,进行统计和分析,得出了制约快速掘进的因素.据此提出了适合该条件下,巷道快速掘进一次成巷技术.主要包括采用半圆拱形巷道断面,及其巷道地坪、水沟、喷浆、调车硐室、钻机硐室、水仓等配套工程,都及时紧跟工作面,后续尾工少,掘进工作面系统工作效率得到显著提高,使得同类条件下巷道掘进速度,由原来的300m/月提高到500m/月,整体掘进速度加快.
