大型的矿山作业设备是露天矿提高产量、快速发展必不可少的工具,为保证这些大型设备的正常运行,在生产过程中,实时了解设备的运行情况,则是预防设备故障、快速查找、维护和维修设备故障的重要保证.本文在充分研究了美国比塞洛斯国际公司与德国西门子公司,合作开发的挖掘机远程监控诊断系统的基础上,介绍了该系统的相关软件 AccessDirectTM、AcculoadTM 和 MIDAS,描述了系统的相关功能和实现架构.最后通过实例讲述了采用无线网桥,作为无线网络传输技术实现该系统的方式,并展示了其应用效果,为露天矿使用495HD 型挖掘机开采,实现实时生产远程监控和远程故障诊断,提供有效的参考价值.

Finally, use the example about using the wireless bridge as the wireless network transmission technology to realize the system, and demonstrate its application effect, providing effective reference value for open-pit mining using 495HD excavator production achieve real-time remote monitoring and remote fault diagnosis.
