Roof accident is the highest rate of coal mine accidents disasters, and the roof collapse is the most common roof accidents, so the prevention and control of roof collapse accident in coal mine is an important approach to reduce the roof accident. This text put forward the prevention measures for roof accident by analyzed the reason on 16404 transport crossheading roof collapse, provide a reference for the similar accident management.
