就某发电厂350MW 三菱燃煤亚临界纯凝机组改造为抽汽供热机组,在热网投入运行后存在的主要技术问题进行分析,提出提高供热可靠性的措施.主要涉及热网疏水泵风扇电源改造,增加供热工况除氧器水位调节门函数曲线,机组 RB 保护逻辑修改研究,热网电动调整蝶阀 LV 改造为液压控制,热网最大抽汽量运行中热网跳闸处理,热网外管线大量泄漏对机组的影响,探索纯凝机组改造为抽汽供热机组的解决方案,为其它同类型机组改造设计提供参考和借鉴.

This paper analyzes the main technological problems on stream extraction heat supply unit (transformed from 350MWMitsubishi coal-fired subcritical straight condensing unit) of a power plant after heat supply network’s in service with reliable measures for improving heat supply. It mainly concerns about power supply reformation on drain pump fan of heat supply network, increasing function curve for level control value of deaerator of heat supply condition, logic modification study on unit RB protection, butterfly gate LV for motor-driven regulation of heat supply network transformed into hydraulic control, trip handling in the process of maximum stream extracting capacity for heat supply network and unit implication of abundance leakage on outer line pipe of heat supply network. The exploration on solutions (straight condensing unit transformed into stream extraction one)provide reference for other similar unit transformation.
